    PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING - GDPR

    1. You hereby grant your consent to PressMetal-CZ, spol. s r.o., registered office Staré Město č. 138, Třinec, 739 61, Identification Number: 26784696, entered in the Public Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C 26237 (hereinafter “Controller“) to process, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of the 27th of April 2016, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “Personal Data Protection Act“), the following personal data:

    • Name and surname
    • Company name
    • E-mail address
    • Telephone Number
    • Billing or delivery address
    • Company‘s Identification Number and Tax Identification Number

    2. The name, surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail address, billing or delivery address and company‘s Identification Number and Tax Identification Number must be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and recording the fulfilment. This data shall be processed by the Controller for the period of:

    • Contract fulfilment – order processing period
    • Recording of the fulfilment – archiving of accounting documents for a period of 10 years

    4. . The personal data processing is performed by the Controller. However, the software processor / provider QI GROUP a.s., and possibly other providers of processor software, services and applications which the company is not currently using, can also process personal data for the Controller.

    • revoke your consent at any time,
    • request information from us regarding what personal data of yours we are processing,
    • request an explanation from us regarding the personal data processing,
    • request access to this data from us, and have the data updated or corrected,
    • request that we delete this personal data.
